Hideaway at Foxhollow Booking Terms and Conditions

On confirmation of booking a stay at Hideaway at Foxhollow you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT Hideaway at Foxhollow requests a minimum of €150 damage deposit. Hideaway at Foxhollow also reserves the right to request an alternative rate in certain circumstances. This deposit will be refunded 48hrs after departure following housekeeping inspection. This Deposit covers any damage or breakages to the property or its contents. Hideaway at Foxhollow reserves the right to hold the deposit if any breakage or damage that may be resolved for the deposit amount or less. For major issues we withhold the right to request further payment. Failure to proceed with repayment violates this agreement between Hideaway at Foxhollow and the guest. This may result in legal proceedings. In the event of a damage claim we will contact the guest immediately. HOWEVER, If you cancel your booking after 7 days from your initial booking confirmation the deposit will NOT be refunded. A credit note will be given.

  • When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post or email.

  • Management reserve the right to amend the minimum stay requirement for Easter, Christmas and Bank Holidays.

  • METHODS OF PAYMENT

    • Pay Pal - This method of payment incurs a 3.5% additional surcharge within Europe

    •                  -This method of payment incurs a 5% additional surcharge outside Europe

    • Bank Draft - This is to be issued in euros only and made payable to Hideaway at Foxhollow.

    • Telephone Card Payment- This method incurs a 3% Payleven additional surcharge.

    • Onsite Card Payment- This method of payment incurs an additional 1.95% Payleven surcharge. We accept Visa, V Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. 

  • Your stay rate at Hideaway at Foxhollow includes heating, fuels and electricity usage. All linens and towels supplied. Hideaway supplies complimentary welcome hamper unless otherwise stated.

  • You may arrive from 4pm onwards on the day of check in.

  • You are required to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your stay if any members of your party are participating in unacceptable behaviour or not treating the property with due respect.

  • We reserve the right to enter the property during your stay.

  • We shall not be liable to you or any other member of your party for any loss or damage to you or your property however caused.

  • There must be no more members in your party than the farmhouse is designed to accomodate.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the farmhouse.

  • Hideaway at Foxhollow reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any given date without notice.

  • These terms and conditions are in place commencing 1 January 2016
